For the Fall 2026 season, all Pre-K and Kindergarten league games will be played on Saturdays at the Lincoln Warren Park, 44 Montclair Rd, Waban, MA 02468 beginning Saturday, September 19, 2026 through November 7, 2026.
Games will be played on Saturdays October 10 and October 31.
Our ability to play each Saturday is weather-dependent. No refunds are provided for a season that has fewer than expected days of play due to weather. For Fall 2026 we have a raindate of November 14.
- Pre-K Division – For children currently in preschool who will ENTER Kindergarten in Fall 2027
- Kindergarten Division – For children who are ENROLLED in Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year
Parents/Guardians are required to stay; this is not a drop-off activity.
We run three, one-hour sessions:
- 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
- 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
- 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Time slots are based on parent preferences, with an aim toward grouping children from the same school together. Time slots will be communicated after teams are created the week of September 7, 2026. If you have a time restriction and are not available for all session times, you must indicate “time” as your preference during registration. If you do this it will be guaranteed that will be your session time as long as we have enough children to form a minimum of two teams, though you may not be placed with other children from your elementary school or with a requested friend. Regardless of priority chosen, we will always do our best to pair children with others at their elementary school.
Coaches or program administrators will reach out with team details ahead of the first game.
Kindergarten Soccer is run entirely by parent volunteers; please sign up to coach if you can! No previous knowledge of soccer is needed.
Teams need a minimum of one volunteer coach to play, but we recommend having two or three coaches per team.
The cost of the program is $100 if you register by September 6, 2026 and $125 if you register on or after September 7, 2026.
- Regular Registration is open from 8/5/26 to 9/6/26. Regular registrants’ priorities will be fully considered in the formation of teams and assignment of time slots.
- Late Registration is open from 9/7/26 to 9/14/26. Late registrants will be guaranteed a spot in the program, but their registration priorities may not be met.
- Teams and schedules will be set on 9/15/26. Registration from 9/15/26 to 9/19/26 will be allowed only if we have space available.
- After 9/15/26, Parents will need to email newtonkindergartensoccer@gmail.com to inquire about availability and complete registration. You will not be able to complete registration by yourself as of 9/15/26.
NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER September 25, 2026.
If you need to withdraw your child, please do so before Septmeber 9, 2026. A refund will be provided less any administrative fees assessed by our third-party vendor. There will be no refunds after September 9, 2026.

Your child will receive a team t-shirt at the first game. This is their team uniform and they will need to wear it to evey game. Additionally, every child must bring a size 3 soccer ball and wear shin guards each week. Shin guards are mandatory. Either sneakers or cleats may be worn. Cleats are not required.
